More about Shane
My name is Shane Budd, and I’m a dedicated Candidate Property Practitioner at RE/MAX Premier. My primary focus is to guide my clients through the often complex world of real estate, ensuring that both buyers and sellers feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Whether it’s finding the perfect home or securing a profitable investment, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service and helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. In my last year and a half in the real estate industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of market trends, property values, and effective negotiation strategies. My career began at RE/MAX Premier, where I quickly established a reputation for being one of the go to people by my fellow Candidates, with questions or concerns when it came to offers and mandates. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of assisting many clients in buying and selling both freehold and sectional title properties, always striving to exceed their expectations. One of my proudest moments was helping a client find their dream home. This accomplishment reflects my dedication to client satisfaction and my passion for the real estate industry. Outside of work, I enjoy serving my community with the Volunteer Wildfire Services as a Volunteer Firefighter, experiencing the magical underwater world as a Divemaster, and taking long rides with the brothers and sisters of our motorcycle club. These activities not only bring me joy but also help me to better connect with potential clients and understand each of their unique needs. - Your Property, My Passion!
