Ensuring Your Safety and Well-Being
Your safety is a priority, with 24-hour manned security, remote-controlled gates and CCTV surveillance. The Avenue Retirement Hotel offers a weekly in-house nurse as well as is an emergency call button in every room that calls a centralized emergency response, which will send out all required emergency care as well as notify the hotel management that you are in distress. The 24 hour qualified first aid responder at reception ensures a prompt response to any health care needs. Local doctors and paramedics are available for house calls and more extensive care can be arranged with local nursing services if required.
Comfortable and Convenient Living Spaces
This room features an open plan bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Immediate occupation is available without the need for sitting on a waiting list. The room is offered furnished or unfurnished and is regularly cleaned. The Avenue Retirement Hotel is walker and wheelchair friendly, offering both flights of stairs as well as elevators ensuring accessibility for all.
Services and Amenities
Your monthly levy includes utilities, three meals per day, morning and afternoon tea, room service, and weekly laundering of bedding, bathroom towels and private laundry at a maximum of 10kgs per person. Additional laundry service is offered at a fee and depends on the amount of laundry to be done. There is limited secure parking and is available on request for an additional fee. The hotel dining room and lounges are elegantly decorated, residents can enjoy a charming courtyard and sheltered terrace. There is Wi-Fi, DSTV and other activities available in communal areas for your enjoyment.
