More about Marlene

FFC 2023325453

My real estate career began in 1992 when I was looking for something more challenging in my life. Prior to real estate I ran a very succesful coffee shop on the main road Sea Point.

I gave cookery classes and catered for one and all.

Prior to this I was a Radiographer for 15 years for a prominent Radiologist in Cape Town.

Selling real-estate has given me the freedom I enjoy with regard to still being there for my family & friends.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to build wonderful friendships with so many people in my community. These friendships form the basis of my business where 80% is from referrals, past clients and their families and friends.

Should you be thinking of buying or selling anywhere on the Atlantic Seaboard, I would love to be of assistance to you.
