There is a lovely open-plan Living Area, TV Lounge, indoor Dining and covered Patio all with views of the Keurbooms River.
The outdoor Patio has frame-less glass stacking windows which are able to open-up completely, there is a built-in Braai on the Patio. There is a wrap-around Balcony on the River front - doors lead from all the Bedrooms onto the Balcony with views over the Estate and the River.
The Apartment offers a separate fully self-catering Kitchen and separate Scullery.
