We are proud to present 7 x Mini Factories to let on a long-term basis. Downstairs, each unit comprises a workshop type floor area, separate toilet and wash sink. Upstairs is a mezzanine level of approximately 17sqm for storage/other. The units are fitted with 3m x 4m roll up doors, allowing for great access into the mini-factory. The mini-factory site is access controlled, completely enclosed/electric fenced and linked to arm response and CCTV monitors. The whole industrial site is also access controlled. Situated along the N2 at the Mossel Bay N2 Industrial Park, these units can be combined for a larger lettable area, if taking two or more adjoining units.
The units come fitted with pre-paid meters for both electricity and water. Wifi available.
