There is a monthly levy of R8000 which includes the following:

* Insurance on the exterior structure of the cottage.
* Maintenance on the exterior of the cottage.
* 10 meals a month (lunches) - other meals are available at a fee.
* Weekly laundry service, gardener, cleaner, refuse disposal.
* Emergency call button service.
* Some services from the Frail Care Unit - other services are available at a fee
