More about Teresa
I am a local through and through. Having arrived in SA from Zimbabwe as a young girl and settling in Sun Valley in 1970. I attended Fish Hoek Junior, Senior and went on to study at South Peninsula Technicon. When I left college I became a legal secretary which gave me experience on the conveyancing side of sales. I joined the South African Medical Services and served 10 years at the Simon’s Town Sickbay as Logistical Personal. In 1996 I decided that I was ready to move out and start something new. I qualified as an Estate Agent in 1997 at the time selling Sun Valley, Fish Hoek area. I have sold from Simon’s Town to Muizenberg over 20 years as an agent. As a local I have lived in Sun Valley, Capri, Kommetjie, Scarborough and now a proud owner in Simon’s Town. I am passionate about my valley and love the ability to create a happy and successful sale for both sellers and buyers.

An Offer to Purchase (OTP) is a legally binding agreement between a buyer and a seller in a property transaction. Once both parties sign the OTP, it finalizes the terms of sale, including the purchase price, property description, and any special conditions. Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
