Shawn Armer is the Lead Agent and Co-Owner of Property Brothers SA team powered by KW Explore situated in Fourways, South Africa. He is passionate about life, people and Real Estate with dedication to hard work, integrity and creative services in every detail. He started his Real Estate Career in 2011 as Estate Agent, completing his NQF 5 qualification and soon after started Armer Properties with his husband Rawlin Armer.

Shawn continued rising early and since built a successful career in the Real Estate industry, he formed part of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa Gauteng region Board of Directors as Marketing Director. He dedicated his time to implement systems for making administrative work easier and getting results out fast. With all the experience built, he started his Bond Origination career and started Multinet Mortgages Country and Suburbia.

Shawn joined Keller Williams South Africa in 2016, a company that resonates with his values and beliefs. He was nominated as Market Centre Administrator of the Year 2017 in his first year. Making a difference in his sales associates businesses is top priority and growing to the best team possible. In his free time Working to become a truly recognized coach and trainer within the brand making sure Top talent achieves at a higher level. Shawn enjoys traveling and spending time with his husband, family and fury kids. He loves cooking and spending time on crafts, living out creativity is very important.
