More about Sandy
Having qualified as a principal estate agent over 20 years ago, my journey in real estate so far has been enriched with stories, accolades, lessons and many, many people. For me, people and relationships are the most important priorities in the real estate industry, so I focus on developing meaningful relationships whether I’m engaging with a property practitioner, buyer, seller, tenant, or landlord. This mindset entails simple kindness, taking the time to listen and to learn from people, and by providing service excellence to foster mutual trust and respect. Having lived in Camps Bay, Oranjezicht, Tamboerskloof and Hout Bay over the last 24 years, I have extensive knowledge of the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl. As a professional property practitioner, I leverage my past business skills and experience in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and mediation to provide empathetic, structured support and guidance to my clients and the people with whom I work. My diverse skills and experience in property sales, business building, motivation, and real estate training has enabled me to adapt quickly and to approach new challenges confidently. It is my intention to foster a purposeful approach to each of my client’s needs, through respectful conversations, clear and honest guidance, turning my best efforts to achieving their best outcome.
