More about Ruhuan
I am first a son of God, husband and father of two. Born into a family in sales, I guess you could say it’s in my blood. From the age of 7, as a little boy, I was introduced to the world of property by my mom, Charmaine Brown (multi-award winning agent at Pam Golding Properties). I will always consider her my first mentor, as she played a pivotal role in my love of property. Growing up, I was exposed to the industry from all angles, so my holistic experience has equipped me to become adaptable to this ever-changing industry. My career over the last 7 years consists of time spent at Pam Golding Johannesburg South, Ennik Estates and lastly Pam Golding Hyde Park. I am now proud to be a Director of Maverick Realty. I believe that my clients need to know, like and trust me. I strive to be a person of integrity, and with honesty assist my clients to achieve realistic market-related goals for their property. So, let’s have a chat over a cup of coffee. I would love to work with you on your home.

Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
