More about Rina
I have been an estate agent for approximately 8 years and have been nominated the best new entrant at Chas Everett Annual Awards ceremony in Cape Town 2012 as well as agent of the month soon after. I love interacting with buyers and sellers and strive to give my best at all times. I relocated from Johannesburg in 2000 and became involved in the building trade and have overseen my own projects (houses in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, Melkbosstrand, Parklands, Club Mykonos, Langebaan and Val de Vie, Paarl.) I also built/oversaw projects for customers in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, Melkbosstrand. The building industry took a turn for the worse in 2008/2009 when bonds became virtually impossible to obtain. Properties did not sell and banks started to foreclose. During my time as a building contractor I worked extensively with building inspectors, architects, lawyers, sub-contractors, the banks and buyers for my properties. I feel confident that I am able to give you my undivided attention, my honesty and the best service you deserve.

Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
