More about Retha

I am Retha van Zyl - passionate about turning your dreams into REALTY!

I proudly (and rather stubbornly), focus exclusively on the marketing of real estate within Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate. I have been serving this community, that I am privileged to call my own; since 1 March 2007. Over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge in all things Woodland Hills; and as such have established myself as an Area Specialist of the residential market within this special Estate. My approach is characterized by integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and customer service that reaches beyond the call of duty.

Homeowners often seek my advice on a variety of real estate issues such as renovations and alterations that would positively impact the value of their properties; how to prepare a property to sell; the value of their properties; application of estate rules; and more.

I am duly registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and achieved the professional status of Master Practitioner Real Estate in 2016. I also hold an Honours Degree in Psychology (UNISA), which has stood me in good stead while supporting my clients through the challenges of finding or selling their home.

I am here for you!
