More about Penny
My name is Penny Walton and I have been working in the Residential side of the Real Estate industry for 8 years, and have worked in various sales environments for approximately 20 years prior to that. I was fortunate enough to be part of a successful mentoring process when I joined the industry, which has enabled me to gain much insight and relevant industry knowledge from a well-respected agent in the Upper Highway area. My constant focus on integrity and honesty with my clients has resulted in many successful long-term relationships being built. My professional approach in dealing with all business areas, i.e. canvassing for new properties; valuations,; listing of mandates; client dealings work together to ensure a positive experience for my clients. Due to my having lived in the area for many years, I am able to offer in-depth area specific knowledge to all prospective buyers and sellers. In my spare time, I am mom to a son of twelve, and we motivate each other to stay positive and focused when dealing with many of life's challenges. I have been involved in the equestrian world since childhood and have a gift of connection with misunderstood horses where I specialize in giving second chances to these animals. I enjoy the spiritual bond and the privilege of owning them. I can be contacted on 0723003350
