As a long time Somerset West resident and involved in property market space , I recognise the value that is entrusted in me , by my clients , to guide and them in the property sector . I always strive to exceed my clients expectations of me and try to make every transactions seamless with as much feedback as possible . Prior to real estate I was a award winning investment and financial strategist for 26 years , where I had to advise clients on the market movements and financial decisions , real estate is still one of the biggest financial decisions that any client can make , therefore I a uniquely qualified to give clients advice on the property investment process. I am passionate about real estate and as a qualified pilot I often overfly the area to get a better knowledge of what is happening in the Western Cape , thereby being able to share that with my clients . Outside of real estate I am involved with many community outreach programs , where I donate a portion of our earnings on every sale to a society that concentrates on helping kids in the need .
