More about Nelly
My name is Nelly Ntaka, and I have been involved in the Real Estate industry as an Agent for 1 Property. Before that I worked in the Optometrist industry for many years. The main reason for my move to this industry was the knowledge that I have the ability to be successful in a sales environment, as well as the desire to be assisting people to achieve their own dreams in owning a residential property. I believe very strongly that one`s home is the place where all foundations are built, and I am extremely passionate about helping others to realize their goal. I lived in Winston Park and a large part of my sales focus is in this area. I also represent buyers and sellers in the Hillcrest area. Living in the area of Winston Park enables me to ensure that the clients I deal with are equipped with both factual and practical area specific information. I am focused on listening effectively to clients' needs and being able to 'meet them where they are at' to ensure successful results and client relationships. In my client dealings, I am committed to working together with my clients in a focused, honest and transparent way, until the client`s end goal of securing a suitable property is reached. I was also recently privileged to have been given the opportunity to market Kings Gate Estate, Hillcrest, this fabulous development consists of 560 homes with communal lifestyle & retail facilities. In 18 months we have achieved over 300 sales and it has been a pleasure to assist these purchasers in securing their dream home. On a personal level I am married to a pastor, we have 4 children of our own and we also foster another 8 children, an important value of mine to be ensuring that other children also experience the positive foundation of a loving, nurturing home environment. My enthusiastic and energetic approach to both home and work environments contributes to my success on both areas. I place a great deal of importance on being involved in the community in bringing bright and secured future which led me to study BED in Unisa I opened ECD`S and am the Founder of the Vumelani Orphanage, both in Richards Bay and Shongweni Dam. Passion for helping my community has abled me to assist our local schools to achieve better results by introducing Supervised Aftercare studies in one of our High School in Shongweni Dam . That led to better Matric results from 36% to 96% 2019.
