More about Neil
After 20 years in the Financial Sector I changed direction in 2008 to pursue a profession in Real Estate. With over 800 Sales to date, my Business Partner and I joined Real Estate Company in 2020 with the prospect of doing Sales and Rentals, both Residential and Commercial. This has been a most rewarding change, and in 2022 we took on the Role of Managed Rentals which filled a need within the Company where Landlords typically immigrate or move provinces, and require management of their homes. We have seen a steady growth in this sector and with the help of great systems, commitment and efficiency, we can confidently say we have happy Landlords and Tenants. Our focus areas are the Upper Highway and surrounding Suburbs, however our Rent Book includes the major Durban areas.

An Offer to Purchase (OTP) is a legally binding agreement between a buyer and a seller in a property transaction. Once both parties sign the OTP, it finalizes the terms of sale, including the purchase price, property description, and any special conditions. Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
