More about Marita

I began my working career in 1999 on a Caribbean cruise ship. After completing a 9-month contract, I headed back to South Africa, where I worked in various industries and eventually completed a certificate in Office and Pastel Payroll. Apart from the payroll certification, I completed a Diploma in Theology, which helped me in working with all kinds of people and backgrounds. I began my real estate career in 2019 when I joined Keller Williams. I quickly became accustomed to the industry and received the intern award and the culture ambassador award in my first year. I obtained most of my real estate knowledge whilst working at Keller Williams and is in the process of completing a NQF4 certificate in real estate. I joined Realnet in 2020. I wanted to spread my wings and therefore decided to join the Property.Coza Group, where I can continue building my real estate career with the backing of a professional real estate team. Now I am back where I started with my real estate career. At Keller Williams. My absolute passion in life is to help people and to inspire them to be the very best version of themselves. I love people and enjoy bringing them closer to their dreams. I am a person who thrives on positive energy and always try to surround myself with positive people. I loves life, love to laugh and growing and challenging myself to become the best person I can be.
