More about Marilize
Being an entrepreneur at heart, I utilized my previous experience in the Media industry as a Television Producer together with my degree in Communications and Journalism, to start several of my own businesses. In 2004 I decided to make a career change and ventured into the Real Estate Industry. I opened up Kainos Properties in Welgemoed, Bellville. I took Welgemoed on as my primary farming area, as I have been a resident of the area for more than 30 years. I have since been part of many families and their property related stories. As Principal of Kainos Properties, I have a team of experienced, enthusiastic, and professional property consultants working with me. Kainos Properties has been serving the Northern Suburbs and Atlantic seaboard for the past 17 years with excellent results. We have recently ventured into the Southern Suburbs as well as the Somerset West region. I always say, “We do not sell property, we manage expectations.” Looking forward to being at your service.
