More about Kim
Kim Mann Current Role and Responsibilities: My title is Lead Generator Specialist – which means I am a tele-canvasser. I am available to the sales and rental agents to provide dedicated telecanvassing for each agent’s specific area, or to target specific properties for a particular client that the agent is working with. Summary of my professional background: Within the real estate industry, I have been a rentals agent with Rawson Properties and RE/MAX On the Bay. The majority of my work-life was spent within the FMCG industry, where I worked and trained my way up from sales rep to merchandising specialist and information analyst. Key achievements or projects: While still working in the FMCG environment I developed an inter-active workshop for convenience retailers which I presented across 13 countries in Africa. The store that implemented and showed the greatest growth was in Ghana at 75% growth in turnover within 1 month…… I was a very proud little chicken (Of my retailer who trusted the process!) Personal interests or hobbies: I have a few things that I love to do – • I love to read biographies and fact-based books • I make patchwork quilts • I love to work in the garden
