KARIEN'S AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

After matriculated I studied BA Communication, but really found my dream husband. Being a wife and mother of three amazing children and now three newly added children as well as a grandmother to be, this will always be my first pride.

I started in the property industry aged 21 at an independent company in Port Elizabeth, joined Aida in Nelspruit and then moved to Polokwane. I started in Polokwane at Pietersburg eiendomme and owned numerous other businesses as well. A take-away shop, Pebbles restaurant, a gift shop, a clothing boutique, Boutique style hotel, a Jewellery business, supermarket, etc. 

I then joined Seeff Polokwane and was awarded the 2014 Excellence Award for exceptional performance, 2015 -Agent of the year award, 2016 I became Partner in Seeff Polokwane and won Top Achiever in Sales and Top 5 National, 2017 awarded runner up licensee Northern Region.

I then joined Keller Williams North and 2018 was awarded agent of the year for the branch, as well as a capper award, 2019 awarded a Capper award, Top Associate commission in SA for two months, as well as Top 10 National.

In 2020, I took over as the licensee of Limpopo region and owner of KW North.  I was awarded an Individual Capper Award, 2021 Capper Award as well as tech Award and Millionaire's Club Award, 2022 local Capper Award, Millionaire's Club Award, Top Team of the year for 2022, National awards for 2022 - Capper Award, Tech Award, Millionaire's Club Award, and a KW Ambassador Award. In 2022 I was also chosen as a faculty member for the Keller Williams University.                                                                                                                                                           

 My achievements in each of the previous years are a testimony to the type of dedication, abilities, and work ethic I'll continue to bring to every client. To ensure that my skills remain honed as the real estate market changes, I am dedicated and constantly educating myself by following Keller Williams' award-winning training program and utilizing the technological tools available from the fastest growing real estate franchise in the world.
