Juhan qualified his Real Estate career way back in 1996. He was the Principal of his own 4 National real estate Franchises in Gauteng, Roodepoort. Juhan emigrated to the USA in 2000 and after many years he returned home and settled in Seapoint, CapeTown. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication are important aspects of his life. Applying these principles to his business career has allowed him to be a top-producing Property Practitioner. His background in senior management with a major retail group added a high level of experience in leadership and professionalism and only operates within the Property Code of Ethics and follows the Code of Conduct laid down by the PPRA to the letter. In 2020, Juhan joined the dynamic RE/MAX Group and is currently part of the amazing RE/MAX Premier Division. In his personal time, he loves to cook and keep his culinary skills oiled and not getting too rusty after he sold his well-known Boutique restaurant in the Cape Malay Quarter Greenpoint in 2018. He is also a big supporter and advocate of the larger terrier dog breed and you will find him in his free time exercising with his Blue Nose American Staffordshire Terrier on the Atlantic Seaboard Promenade and connecting and socializing with anyone wanting to chat.
