More about Estelle
I started my Real Estate career in 1997 and haven't looked back since. After only 3 years in the industry, I was the top Re/Max agent in South Africa. I am proud to say that I was the first person outside North America to be under the Top 100 agents in the world at position 73.

Longevity in Real Estate is not as common as you might think, and for me at least, I feel both proud and lucky to have reached this milestone. Nationally, the attrition rate in Real Estate is rivaled only by that of the Insurance Industry. The vast majority of newcomers find the industry fiercely competitive and more difficult than they initially anticipated. Many work in Real Estate for less than two years before deciding to find work in industries much less challenging. Others, like myself, sometimes find that Real Estate is their niche, and not only survive, but actually prosper. I've had some trying times when I thought I wasn't going to make it, but like in any other profession, persistence really does pay off.

Explore Properties was a dream come true but we wanted our associates to have a mutual interest in success and by joining Keller Williams Realty, the largest Real Estate Franchise in the United States based on the total number of sales professionals we can now achieve this goal. We believe in results through people and as long as we listen to our agents and deliver what they want - they will prosper and so will we.
