ABOUT ME                                                                                                                                                                                 Rest Assured Exclusivity

I am a Master Practitioner in Real Estate – a Principal Property Practitioner. In addition to selling homes, I have been a Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Edge for several years, a mentor and a trainer. I am a Keller Williams University Faculty member for Keller Williams South Africa – part of a group of elite Keller Williams trainers driven to deliver training and courses at the highest level and quality to fellow Keller Williams associates countrywide, to impact their growth, productivity and profitability.

The foundation upon which I have built my professional reputation over the last 18 years is set on unwavering, positive values and ethical business practices.

I pride myself on client service and the ability to work well with people. My driving force is to serve my clients and to provide the best service that I can give - with the backing and support of my skilled and professional Power Team. I view my role as a property professional similar to that of a conductor of a symphony orchestra, co-ordinating the different role players to make a successful transaction a reality.

I have a positive attitude and friendly disposition and have the privilege of building long-term relationships with my clients. Over the years I have built up a vast network of contacts. I believe that what sets me apart is that I am attentive to the unique needs of each of my individual clients. I have confidence in my abilities and my sense of fulfillment comes from serving others.

I have a specific strategic plan to take my properties from listing to successful sales.

I enjoy coming up with creative solutions to showcase your home to make it more marketable.

My years of experience in the local property market, coupled with constant research on property sales prices and trends, regular attendance of seminars and training sessions, and, utilising the professional skills of my Power Team, empower me to negotiate with knowledge and confidence on my clients' behalf.

My unyielding belief in maintaining high ethical standards and in upholding my professional reputation through honesty and integrity drives my passion for the property industry.

My motto is to add value to all my clients with whom I come into contact.

Rest Assured Exclusivity

My clients will have the peace of mind that their property transaction is being handled by consummate professionals who will not rest until the valuation has been done, the home has been sold and the transaction has been completed. Together with my Power Team, we guide our clients through the entire transaction ensuring their peace of mind and that their best interests are being looked after.

Our clients can be assured of my professionalism and that I uphold the ethical standards that we as Property Practitioners are bound by. I believe in developing a trust relationship and I will do everything in my power to respect and honour the trust shown in me.

I always endeavour to obtain an Exclusive Authority to Sell for the properties that I list. I strive to offer my clients exclusivity coupled with personal service no matter what the price of the property – exclusivity is not measured by a number!
