More about Duncan
My real estate journey started 43 years ago in 1980 at Associated Real Estate in a very rural Waterfall. Over the years I have witnessed the incredible growth of the area from Inanda road between Hillcrest and Waterfall being lined with gum trees and sugar cane to vast amounts of vacant land in Waterfall and Forest Hills, to the now bustling metropolis that the area has become. I have had the privilege of locating hundreds of families during my career and marketing new estates, such as Kingswood, 263 Inanda, Waterford country estate, Clifton Hill and Kings Gate. I have built my successful career around building meaningful relationships with my clients, with many becoming lifelong friends. In my spare time I am an avid supporter of English Football and have been a fanatical fan of Tottenham Hotspurs since I was a child. I live with my partner on a farm in Sommerfeld surrounded by animals of every size and shape!

Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
