More about Donna

I moved down to the Winelands area from George a little more than 5 years ago, where my family and I spent the last 11 years. In George, I worked for 2 years for Chas Everitt and 9 years for Lew Geffen Sotheby's International. In the Winelands area, I worked for 2 years for Harcourts, focusing on the Paarl Area. Since joining the Keller Williams family, 01 June 2019, I have benefited a great deal from the most successful models in the real estate industry and the very best professional training available to all property professionals. Implementing the models Keller Williams has to offer, hard work, consistency together with the strong relationships that I have built, has helped me achieve number 1 statues nationally in January 2021, 3rd statues in August 2021, and regularly finishing in the top 20. Even with years' experience in the industry, I believe there is still so much to learn, as every client, home, and situation is unique. I am certain that the home is the heart of every family and I excel in helping my sellers and buyers alike, understanding and negotiating the many aspects of the real estate industry. I specialise in gated estates in and around Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Franschhoek, I live in Capalavora Estate in the Banhoek Valley which gives me easy access to all the above towns. I am gaining invaluable knowledge and love for these areas. I am a highly trained property professional in Keller Williams Dynamic and I have a team of professionals backing me.

Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
