More about Colleen

With more than two decades of been passionately immersed in the dynamics of real estate. After years of dedicated service in the property market, I embarked on a new journey in 2016, delving into Sectional Title Management. Over the following four years, I had the privilege of managing numerous Sectional Title Schemes, Home Owners Associations, and Estates, honing my expertise and expanding my skill set.

In February 2021, I embraced a new chapter in my career by joining eXp Realty.

Specializing in the sale and rental of residential properties, Sectional Title Schemes, Home Owners Associations, and estates, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for assisting clients in achieving their real estate goals.

My roots run deep in the Mossel Bay area, as my family hails from Hartenbos, and I had the privilege of growing up amidst its beauty. Today, I call Dana Bay home, a registered conservation area that holds a special place in my heart.

With a firm belief that clients always come first, I am committed to making the buying or selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I pride myself on my reputation for excellent negotiation skills, innovative marketing strategies, and invaluable connections, both locally and internationally.

Whether you're exploring neighborhood options, seeking insights into local schools, interested in our methods, or simply curious about the current property market, I'm here to provide expert guidance and support every step of the way.

Let's embark on this journey together, turning your real estate dreams into reality with a touch of joy, professionalism, and inspiration!

Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
