More about Amandie
I studied fine art after school and got my diploma. I have been in real estate form 2010 and qualified as a estate agent In my carrier I realised that I loved renting of properties more that sales and have been focusing in rentals for the past 11 years. In this time I completed my NQF5. I have been working for Remax Premier from 15 June 2023 and have build a rental book of 43 properties giving me a average of 3 contracts per month, this is a very good average compared to other agents in the same field. The reason why I love my job is because it is like a lucky packet as you are always surprised with what you get on a daily basis, sometimes it is a diamond and sometimes only a toffee. Clients, property and law always changes and that is what makes it interesting.

What every buyer should know before signing an Offer to Purchase

An Offer to Purchase (OTP) is a legally binding agreement between a buyer and a seller in a property transaction. Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.
