More about Alta
I am Alta Swanepoel from the friendly city of Port Elizabeth originally from Gauteng. I am passionate about property. I started my career in property more than thirty years ago as an administrative assistance at Johannesburg city council valuation department and then move over to become a property valuer. From there I move over to First national bank and ABSA bank as a valuer. We relocated to Port Elizabeth where I worked for DDP valuer. I also started dwindling in bond origination. I did municipal inspection for Nelson Mandela bay Municipality. I then started working for a construction company doing commercial leasing and being a personal assistant as well as running all the payments, staff and other related issues. The company closed down due to the owner personal circumstances. That’s when I decided to start selling properties as that is what I know and I love. I am still doing insurance inspections , as well as private valuation.
