More about Alet
Let's do this together. I am a full status real estate agent and I build my business exclusive by referral. I focus on delivering an exceptional level of service to my current and past clients. Now that my children are grown up, I am thrilled to be able to spend my time in real estate. I am doing what makes me happy, helping families achieve their dreams, and making the experience of purchasing or selling your home one you will remember pleasurably. I love art and music and have been part of my church worship team since 2006. I am committed to whatever I set my mind to, often exploring options that are perhaps not profitable to me but viable for my client. Being business owners for 9 years, we learned how to keep clients happy, how to grow and motivate staff while building and marketing the business. We spent hours on training, coaching and planning to be better each year. Setting SMART goals and working hard to achieve them. Now we can apply these skills in selling property and making a difference in the lives of people we meet. We do not get overwhelmed in difficult situations. We can plan and breakdown tasks to make sure everything gets done within the set time frame. We are organised and you as our client, will always be aware of the progress of your transaction. Should you need to buy or sell a property, in South Africa, we would love to assist you in this next chapter of your life! We specialise in areas including but not limited to Kempton Park, the wider East Rand area and Marloth Park. Since 2020 we are building a team of successful property practitioners. We specialise in helping qualified real estate agents find joy, fulfilment and fun in their real estate career so that you can sell more property and build financial freedom without sacrificing freedom or family time. If you would like to build a legacy and join our team, do not hesitate to contact us. In 2022 we embarked on a new journey. We started traveling full time, while building our team of agents and still selling property. We now assist clients anywhere in South Africa. We are always available should you need any assistance. Looking forward to working with you!

What every buyer should know before signing an Offer to Purchase
09 Sep 2024
An Offer to Purchase (OTP) is a legally binding agreement between a buyer and a seller in a property transaction. Once both parties sign the OTP, it finalizes the terms of sale, including the purchase price, property description, and any special conditions. Buyers can withdraw under certain conditions, but doing so without meeting the terms may lead to penalties. It’s crucial for both buyers and sellers to review the document carefully before signing to avoid legal and financial complications.

The property market: slow recovery, but positive momentum
30 Jan 2025
The South African housing market is showing some promising signs of recovery, but it's not quite smooth sailing just yet. According to the latest FNB House Price Index (HPI), house price growth remains slow, clocking in at just 0.9% in December. That’s slightly down from 1.0% in November, bringing the annual average to 0.8%—a dip from the 1.5% recorded in 2023. While this may seem underwhelming, it’s in line with expert predictions.
