Our spaces consist of offices, warehouses, workshops, and catering units. We also provide communal facilities, refuse areas, wash areas for cars, and pause areas for relaxation.
Please note that water, gas, and electricity are prepaid, allowing you to manage your own consumption and expenses.
All you need is a 1-month deposit, 1 month's rent, an R850 setup fee, and a R500 administration fee payable upon sign-up. If required extra hub fee memberships can also be attained.
