This open stand in Wilderness of just over 1000sqm is really a great investment. Consider this: There are very few vacant residential stands left in Wilderness. Even less that have a sea view. And even less this close to the ocean. And even less at below R6m. And even less that are almost level. Are there any downsides? Yes, there is one that some might consider a downside – it is close to the N2. However, a house could be positioned in such a way that the proximity of the N2 would be minimized. In fact, the proximity of the N2 could be seen as a plus, as access to it is convenient so Wilderness, George and Sedgefield are an easy drive. The closest beach access would be at the point where Seventh and Eighth Ave meet, about 1.2km away.
The stand has a very gentle diagonal slope with the highpoint closest to the N2 side of the property and the lowpoint on the ocean side. There is a house on the ocean side of the of the stand, so it might require a double storey dwelling to maximize the sea view.
