Rental Fee includes 1 Load of Laundry on the day your room is serviced (weekly) Tenants are not able to do their own laundry on site this is in order to manage usage of the machines.
Should you require more than one load a week, our staff will happily assist. A fee of R150 per load (over and above the one free load a week) will be added to your next month’s invoice.
