This is not in Rustenburg central - it is on a farm 18kms from Rustenburg on the Donkerhoek/Rietvly/Rustenburg Kloof Resort road. It is house with 1 bedroom and 1 one full bathroom (shower, toilet, bath, basin). It has it's own fenced garden. The house can only accommodate maximum 2 people. We are looking for tenants with sober habits because it is residential farm and do respect each other and look out for each other.
There is borehole water and that is included in the rental. The electricity is prepaid and for each tenant's own responsibility. Pets? can be considered - depending on their breed.
