Laundry that has space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Pets will be considered, depends on their breed. They are not allowed to roam freely on the farm - need to stay in your own yard.
Borehole water is included (which is currently a luxury in SA). Pre paid electricity at your own expense.
Deposit in full with first month's rent, key and remote deposit. Credit checks will be conducted on your first application. Therefore no "time wasters"
