This a spec development of a warehouse and offices in the Boundary River Park, Northlands, which is situated close to the intersection of Witkoppen and Malibongwe Drive, will be available December 2024.
The office portion will be mixture of face brick and painted walls whilst the warehouse will be a portal frame covered with IBR sheeting providing an eave height of about 15m. It will be fully sprinkled and have ample power (250 to 1 MVA) to be decided upon according to tenants requirements. The warehouse will have multiple roller doors according to tenants requirements.
The warehouse will measure 7523m2, The Pilot offices will measure 575m2, Main Office block will measure 2792m2 totaling 10 890m2 whilst the basement parking will measure 975m2.
The park is brand new and will have an electrified fence coupled with palisade fencing, professional guards and a guard house which will be boomed.
