Ohm St Industrial Park is situated in Kya Sand off Malibongwe Drive and consists of mini units of varying sizes with good security. Access to Malibongwe and then to the N14 or N1 is quick and easy.
The whole park is secured with a steel fence and sliding gates. Access to the park is controlled by guards on a 24hr basis.
The unit has a welcoming reception and office above the reception. The warehouse has a 5m eave height ideal for efficient stacking and an "on grade" 4m high roller door. There is sufficient yard for parking at least three vehicles.
