This is a simple mini warehouse situated in the Trevallyn Industrial Park just off Malibongwe Drive. Access to the N14 or the N1 is relatively quick and provides access to the whole of the Rand. The park, which is walled with an electrified fence, is boomed with a guard at the entrance.
The unit has a drywall office large enough for two people to work in and the rest of the unit is warehouse. The warehouse has one 4m high "on grade" roller door. Eave height is about 4m.
The unit is supplied with three phase 80 amps of power. The park has a new generator which will cost between R200 to R300 per month for diesel.
