There is space for one vehicle on the driveway, and the cottage has a shared entrance/passage down the side of the property. It includes a private yard which has been fenced off from the main house, ideal for those with pets and for some privacy. A maximum of 2 pets will be considered, including a cat and small to medium sized dogs.
Leading into the cottage is a small covered patio, open plan lounge and kitchen with freestanding oven and a separate bedroom with built in cupboards and en-suite bathroom with shower and space for an appliance.
