280Ha Farm, situated between Empangeni and Eshowe. It has currently 26Ha of macadamia planted. The trees are between 2 to 3 years old and under micro irrigation. The varieties planted are 816, 814, N2 and A4.
Planting was conducted using GPS tractors and therefor ready for Ai and self-driving tractors as each tree has its own Geo location. An additional 100Ha is arable which has not been planted. A soil test has been conducted and results are favorable for planting bananas, sugarcane, and macadamia.
250Ha is currently under game of which 100Ha is arable. The farm holds 600 cubic meter of water rights and has a registered servitude to the uMhlathuze river supplied by the Goedertrouw Dam.

The three bedroom lodge has a Solar System and operates of the grid. It has Eskom power supply for back-up.
