The warehouse is situated in the industrial area of Burgersfort consisting of a fully functional 3 stage capable spiral wash plant. The plant is built inside the warehouse and being fed through two different feedbins outside.
Warehouse floor 1200m2, 40cm which cement pads covering +-2000m2.
There is a magnetic ferro chrome recovery plant also being built.
The storage yard, has capacity for 30000tons to be moved trough per month. 100ton weigh bridge installed with offices, wendyhouses, toilets, weigh bridge office & tools room.
There is a brand new loader and new 100kwa genset installed with COC.
There are 3 dams on site.
Currently there is enough consistent income to cover a bank loan.
