Plans for a warehouse with an office building on Portion 2669. This may possibly assist prospective buyers in some way in terms of ideas for development of the site.
The development is restricted to a maximum GLA of 1958 square metres on Portion 2669 according to the Rezoning Decision Notice attached. As an exercise we had an architect give us some basic plans of a warehouse with an office building. We asked for about a 1500 square metre total coverage at the time. These plans were done in 2018. But according to the Rezoning Decision Notice, which is dated August 2020, the maximum GLA is 1958 square metres, so considerably more square meterage can be achieved on Portion 2669.
