Arcadia Village is a well-established student accommodation building which is situated +- 2km from the University of Pretoria.
It is all-inclusive safe accommodation for young men aged 18-30.
If you don't have your own transport, you are welcome to use The Areyeng Bus Service that is only 1.5km away from the building.

R3 500 – BH1, LPN1, LPS1, LPS5
The following is included:
Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity, 2 x meals per day (breakfast and supper)
Students share the Kitchen, Study area, Lounge and Bathroom facilities.
The deposit is payable additional to the rent when signing your Lease Agreement, the deposit amount is the same as 1 month's rent.
